Your order will not be accepted until Reborn Vintage confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Reborn Vintage may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy. All products sold through Reborn Vintage are intended for wholesale and business customers. Product quantities, categories, and availability may vary depending on stock levels and sourcing.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
